When passing through the airport one would think that the place is buzzing.
However, the vast majority of people I see at the airport are other Asian visitors.
These people behave very differently to us, so not generally use taxis and move about in large organised groups.
These will contribute to arrival numbers but not be evident in numbers on the streets.
It is generally quiet about the normal "Aussie" places at the moment.
