G'day. Been reading the forum a bit and noticed a few comments about tourists being quit low at the moment. Just had a friend return from and saying the same thing, Restaurants fairly empty, pedestrians fairly thin etc.. I was thinking that's a little bit good myself. I'm heading over in April with the wife and kids and don't really mind it very much when it's quiet. However, I just had a butchers at the official tourist numbers to Bali, and it says a completely different thing. Website here www.disparda.baliprov.go.id/en/Statistics2 The foreign visitors to Bali are at an at least 7 year high including Australians if I'm reading it correctly. Is the Baliprov.go.id website full of poopy poo or are people just using Bali as a stopover nowadays to somewhere else. Anyone shed some light?
