Yes I came in last Thursday and the VOA line was awful, something to do with not having enough change to give to people who didn't have correct money, booth attendants borrowing from each other, didn't matter if you had US, AUS or Rupiahs!
Immigration lines were however very quick and luggage was available even the oversize packages area.
Problem with the declaration papers though, they were not given out on plane so people were scurrying around trying to find them, luckily I had some from a previous trip so straight through for me!
