There are some staff, but you stock up on essentials (like Bintang) and sit it out from after the Ogoh Ogoh till 6 am x 24 hours later. They make these ugly papier-mache models, troop them through the streets, then burn them. Watch out for look-alikes. I think some are modelled on old gals I have seen on Kuta Beach! Topless too! Ogoh Ogoh!
