Visiting Sobangan school questions

Hi everyone,
This will be my first time visiting my sponsored child, even though it is her last year of primary school. I haven't been able to go to Bali for a long time.

I will be there in the school holidays. I am still able to visit her at the school. Has anyone else visited in the school hols? How much time should I allow? There is only me and a friend, so I am assuming that we will not be there a long time, due to language barrier etc.

Second question. I will be going there from Ubud. My friend has only been to Bali once before and hasn't seen a lot. Can we combine it with a trip to Mengwi perhaps? Is there anywhere else in the area we could go?
