i am coming to bali and am aware that i can get the v.o.a. upon arrival. but i plan on staying two months. so what are my options?

i can go to a u.s. embassy here in the u.s.a., but are there ways around this? can i obtain a tourist visa while in bali? if so, for what price? what office do i need to visit?
