perhaps taking your Mum and Dad to Ubud to see the Balinese Dancing at the Lotus Garden. Then perhaps -if - they are up to it (physically) a short journey to the Monkey Forest for a couple of hours (Make sure that they don't have ANY loose items - eye glasses, necklaces etc that the monkeys may like.). Consider also, the Elephant Park which has an Interpretive Centre attached. You can spend many hours here, depending on just how much they would like to see.
Perhaps also consider a Bali Hiai Dinner Cruise. You can book these from any/many of the Tourist Travel Excursin Booths that are scattered around the tourist areas, or you can look them up on the Internet. We're sure there will. Be many other suggestions for your Mum and Dad.
