Fun things for late 70s couple?

Bringing my North American parents to Bali for 1 week. They are in late 70s, healthy and in decent physical shape. Very light drinkers, enjoy nature, culture, etc. Ideas of things to do? Places to go? Mostly away from the hectic tourist trap?
