to call Australia for the last couple of weeks using the 01017 prefix, but can't connect, except very late at night. The problem seems to be an overloaded system at Telkomsel.
I'm also having the same problem calling local numbers, as are other friends using Simpati cards.
The prefix you're using is correct and as the other members have stated, it should be followed by 61 (country code for Australia) and then the mobile number, minus the leading zero.
