Would you say if you have" a working knowledge of balinese food" that you would gain anything from doing the expensive option of Bumbu Bali ? Or would you just consider this also to be a fun day out? I have attended quite a few different "Cooking Classes " and have always considered my fun day outs as some of the best. You sometimes can be tied down with a lot of fancy explanations and definitions that the whole process of cooking with love and imagination is lost in the translation. Just a question to be considered by people when making choices . If you had done Bamboo Shoots first then how would you rate it? Was it fun, informative, food prepared and demonstrated with love and passion for the cuisine. Were any basic techniquies shown ( like how to make and prepare your own spring roll wrappers )or was it all text book cooking that can be done by reading a good cook book like a lot of fancy expensive courses I have done before ?
