I found the opposite...Last time I went to Tootsies I was charged more than the other shops in Sanur for one particular item and by quite a lot. This has made me reconsider even going there next month. On the other hand I have never had a problem with Ketut whatsoever, if anything she goes out of her way to help you and has to me on occasion thrown in a freebie.
