American summer is yonks away. Easy peasy & plenty of time to get a 60 day visa from a consulate. I assume that for some reason this is not an option.
If you don't want to cheaply fly Air Asia to KL for a few hours or take any other cheap flight out of Indonesia then do use one of the agents mentioned to extend your visa & do it well before the expiry date.
You must have a ticket out of Indonesia to show at departure & on arrival - rarely enforced but that's the rule.
You can buy your tickets at any time, with or without a visa - no box to check on online booking.
