You are now allowed to carry 1x23kg bags each free. If you want extra you pay per bag upto 2 bags per person. If you have booked and been charged for your first 2 bags call customer serviceas as Velocity member and you will be reimbursed. You may have to insist the operator checks with their supervisor but this is the process. I just did this as I booked last year fro this June and have now been refunded.
