You can check in to your international flight from 3 hours before departure, then once that's done I'm sure there's plenty to look at around the airport. Or find a nice spot to just sit and relax - have a coffee and snack or a meal, depending on time of the day.
By the time you clear your inbound flight and check into the next one, you'll probably be surprised how little is left of your 4hrs.
