We had an overnight in Perth recently and the taxi from Domestic to the City Centre was nearly $40.00 and the return to the international was a little higher.
I would do as snoopy suggests and linger at the domestic and then transfer to international terminal and look around there. In regard to the transfers between airports the shuttle bus costs $8.00 per person unless you are travelling on both legs with qantas and then it is free. and the taxi was about $20.00 (we did this on the way home)
