I don't think it's worth the risk to go wandering about, especially during that time of day (traffic)
I would just take my time clearing at domestic and then get shuttle or taxi across to International on the dedicated side road (15 mins).
You will have to kill some time there but better than trying to find entertainment near domestic (there is none) and then ending in panic.
