Are just some of the delicious Indonesian salads available.
Not forgetting the side salad garnish which accompanies every good Nasi Goreng of lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
In fact I have witnessed many Indonesians enjoying the salad bars in many of the western style restaurants throughout Indonesia over the past 30 years.
Anyway, in regards to the main topic, I don't like to eat raw vegetables prepared outside of major cities. I think it is just too risky.
