Only been with Junkstar once (last trip) on a really "cheapie" fare, booked on line, had issues, phoned them, they were SO unhelpful! Would only fly with them again if the deal was too good to turn down, once bitten..... Hope you manage to sort the prob out with them without costing you too much extra!
