I booked tickets online, and where u have the month calendar come up, i clicked on 3rd sept returning 15 sept, went ahead with booking and paid the fare, so then waitied for the email to come through with the itenarary to show up, checked my emails and there is was, saved it to desktop to print out, turned printer on and away we went waiting for it to b done, checked it once completed and to my HORROR it had return date 15th nov!!!!! WHAT THE.................. i quickly rang them in a panic, and starting to shake and the tears started to fall, I got an indian woman who i couldn't understand properly,I explained that there was only a september calendar on there website when i clicked on the 3rd, so how could novemeber come up.... she just wasn'tvlistening to what i had to say, just telling me i had to pay this and that if i wanted to change the dates, i demanded to speak to someone higher, i got a supervisor, and started over again, in the end i was yelling at him, telling them there is a glitch in there system, and after much ranting, he dropped the change over fee, BUT i had to pay the flight difference as it had gone up $40 in a day, SOOOO i will NEVER fly with Jetstink after this trip
