I totally agree with you. I dislike seeing people dressed unsuitably eg beach wear for dinner etc while in Bali. Please be mindful of their culture and religious beliefs and don't show too much skin. Beach wear is exactly that, for the beach and poolside.
Even seeing people shopping in supermarkets back in Oz without shirts and footwear irks me, surely this is an OHS issue!!!!
