I was thinking about appropriate clothing, I'll ask my friend what he thinks for us too. I agree about the rice, I wasn't keen on taking rice or things like that as they do ok for themselves as far as I've seen over the 8 or so years I've known them. I thought it may be a bit of an insult to imply they are in poverty! Thanks so much for the idea, a bottle of something nice would be great, last time I visited the home they gave us Bintangs etc so I guess something nice to drink would be appreciated! You're a gem, much appreciated :)
