Hi. We snorkelled with manta rays at this time last year at Manta Point Nusa Ceningan. It was crystal clear and we saw lots if mantas swimming below and sunning themselves on the surface. You can hire a boat for the day at Jungutbatu, Nusa Lembongan to take you there and to other snorkelling spots. Boat hire includes snorkelling gear if you need it.
