Correction. Manta Point is on Nusa Penida not Cenigan. Yes when you get off the Scoot boat walk north along the beachfront and there are local boats you can hire. We've used Captain Nyoman who is on the beach near Nusa Indah and a guy recommended by World Diving who operates next door to them in what was the Pondok Baruna restaurant.
