last trip with Garuda I flew on this type of tkt. I was able to change flights as long as they were within the 14 days the tkt was valid for ( and here were charges). I also wanted to "upgrade" on my departing flight at the airport and was not allowed to on this type of fare. The restrictions are non-flexible
