When I flew out of Bali last month, I noticed that the porters were hogging all the spare trolleys at the drop off point. I managed to find one spare trolley wedged in by two porters who already had their own trolleys.
I grabbed it and and had an easy walk to the terminal. After the first security check (where you have to give up your trolley), there were more trolleys available to take your bags to the checkin counters.
