We have a container once a week and it normally have about 7-12 shipment from Bali in it. We are just the handling agent on behalf of the shipping agent in Bali who packs the container. The freight is always paid up to the port in Australia yet 9/10 think even the local Australian Port costs and customs clearing are included in the cost they paid the Balinese agent. It isnt and never is. Just be aware that you will be up for local handling costs. You can clear it yourself fine but you will still be up for locals port charges and the minimum for 1cbm or less is $280.00. Most people after they have gone through it tell me they will never do it again. I'm just telloing you the responses I get. End of the day we are making money but hate seeing people hit which charges when they are unaware. If I can alert 1 person by my post i've done my job.
