should supposedly give you confidence that your children are safe but the amount of prosecutions and investigations into schools, teacher, childcare workers and other people and organisations associated with children would tell you that this is not so. You take a risk every time you leave a child with someone you don't know pwesonally or well and even then there is no guarantee.
