and the pool tiles have not all be removed - they are still chipping away but think they are up to the grout! I was not impressed with KBC not advising that the pool was not operating. Yes it is surrounded by a blue tarp and is neatly done but one pool still wasn't being used much as the water seemed unclear. The reception staff were sometimes helpful but some just don't smile...ever! The safety deposit boxes seemed safe and we had no problem with them at all. Best part was the spa and their staff and the evening meals.
