Wow I didn't think I would get this much response. Firstly thank you to everyone who was genuine in their response.
Yes we have requested in one other 'serious' relationship for the male to have a blood test and in turn offered my daughter to have the same.
This young man is not just a "play thing' for my daughter but the contact has continued since we have been home. I've spoken with his mother in the village and also other family members. The two have decided they are in love with each other. Also I have discussed with the young man about having a blood test and he is happy to abide either by waiting for us to go with him or for him to have it now and show the outcome documentation. I also am aware about the 3 month wait between tests (I work in the health industry). My daughter and this man are also aware about having to wear condoms and about practicing safe sex. My daughters (yes I have another) have always been able to speak freely to myself regarding sexual topics and I'm glad they do. As a parent you worry about what is out there and who people have been with. I would be more than happy if he wants my daughter to also have a blood test. To me it shows "RESPONSIBILITY" and also that this relationship is serious.
My original question was to where the blood test could be taken and thank you to Charliebalibear for advising me of the SOS clinic. I have made contact with them and wait for their response. Thank you every one for your replies.
