Blood Test

Hi, my daughter started a relationship with a Balinese guy on our last trip to Bali a month ago. We are due to go back next month.
Can anyone advise where I could send this guy to have a blood test for HIV and STD's. If he has it now the results should be back before we arrive. Also I want to pay for this and hopefully can email the clinic and direct debit into their account?
Any info appreciated as if your a parent you can see where I'm coming from.
