and decided on two seperate venues.
We have found a restaurant that will close to all outside custom, provide all finger foods, tap beers and wines, while also allowing BYO wines and champagne at quite high corkage cost.
We will supply our own music, banners and balloons and they will do the mood lighting.
We then found a very nice villa within walking, with three seperate units of three beds each for close family.
So no mention of birthdays, weddings, funerals or any of the ++++ items at the villa, hence none of the add ons.
Simply stay prior to the function to set up, and for a day or two after to wind down.
You are right....any mention of an "occasion" and the sky's the limit.
