Just back accessibility info! We stayed 3 places. Villa G at Sanur which was fantastic. It had plenty of room, well appointed, and it is tucked away in a quiet lane well back from the main drag. The Villa has a couple of lovely ladies there maintaining the place & looking after guests. If you need any special or personal assistance I believe this can be arranged. Do a web search for more info on Villa G Sanur.
Ubud - Try the Ubud Inn, the grounds are really easily managed & a pleasure to use. The room we had was easily accessed & the room might be manageable for some. Get them to stack pavers under the bed to raise if necessary. If in a wheelchair, the bathroom we had was tight but for most the toilet is accessible but the shower is not for most using a wheelchair but you might be able to improvise for a couple days with our trusty bucket. Wheel straight out onto Monkey Forest Road - Good Luck!
Lovina - Try the Rini Hotel & Restaurant. Great grounds, accessible paths, wheel out onto the quiet street to cafes & waterfront amenities. The room we used had a ramp installed by friendly staff on request to manage the small stair(s) for wheelchair guests. There was no air cond, fridge, TV etc., but the fan works well it's a large comfortable wheelchair accessible room & it's a bargain - use some of your left over money on cold drinks & nice food. P.S. Beware of renting a room at Rini Hotel with a non-accessible toilet - some are on these crazy raised brick and tile platforms (Yes - like thrones :). I think there are rooms with more accessible toilets & they also have AC in these rooms.
The Villa G in Sanur is great - the other two locations are, however, perhaps good enough to get you out of trouble & to make your travel possible. Good luck!
