Just wing it! If there's only one stair or a ski ramp type entry ramp, just do it! It's Bali! But make sure you have friends or family holding &/or observing whats going on behind you because you're temporarily without vision or control. The bottom line is if you've got nice, helpful, well intentioned people assisting, they can hurt you very quickly & put an end to your holiday & your companions. Don't attempt anything without one of your people assisting or being your eyes. Same for temples, markets, villages, etc.
