Love the fact that your niece loves wildlife and that you wish her to have non-zoo wildlife experiences.
Two wildlife possibilities:
I keep meaning to go to Pemuteran to see what their reef and turtle conservation project is all about. Also i'd like to see the 'Spirit of the Turtle' dance that is performed there.

According to the website you can "sponsor and release a juvenile turtle."

And here is an article by 'Ibu Kat' that i think you'll find very interesting about the Friends of the National Park Foundation (FNPF) managed project to protect the critically endangered Bali Starling on Nusa Penida. According to the article (FNPF) are running one day tours from Ubud to Nusa Penida.
