We really like the idea of this place....didnt expect too much in way of 'luxury'... however we had heard some really raw reviews such as the pool is full of monkey poo and that it had a bad vibe... You always need to do a bit of research if u are expected to pay good money... we are still undecided... thinking of Kuta Lombok first then heading over to Heaven for few nights on their package deal...
