You emailed us at 12:48pm today and 16 minutes later posted this message. Your problem has been forwarded to our Map tech guys and someone will be in touch with you later today to help sort out your problem. From the sound of it maybe your Bali map has been de-selected in the map meu and just needs to be turned back on (is the Bali and Australian maps both ticked?).
