My reason for purchasing USD

As many of the hotels I stay in quote in USD, I always purchase US currency when the rate is good and then pay my bill in USD. If I do not do this then they convert the USD rate to local currency and I can assure you that most hotels do not use a good exchange rate to do this and so I actually save money by paying the bill in USD. I take AUD cash to concert to rp on the street.
