Flights to Lombok

Planning on flying to Lombok tomorrow morning, is it possible to buy tickets at the airport, before the flight? or would it be cheaper to buy them online straight through the airline?

If we were to buy them at the airport, how early would we have to be, if the flight say leaves at 7am what time would we need to be there?

Also if we bought them online, can we get a ticket printed at the airport?
We are planning on flying with merpati...
