I have stayed there twice as a solo traveller in the last 6 months, and the rate for a double or twin room on the 1st floor (called 2nd floor in bali) - is 225k per night inc breakfast.
Being upstairs isnt an issue (at least for me)... its only one flight of stairs.
Defo the best place for the price on Poppies 1, for example for 250k across the road there is AP Inn, fan room, no fridge, no tv and not very clean.
