Yes, for this price you will be on the 1st floor (called the 2nd floor in Bali).... but its not so bad, the porters will take your bags to your room for you, and its only 1 flight of stairs.
Anyway, hope you enjoy your stay where ever you end up. Just a word of advice, if possible - Masa Inn is best value for money on Poppies 1.
