as we have always had great service during the day. We normally go there about 1pm, have a couple of the sun lounges and table with umbrella for the afternoon of lazing and swimming with great service of a bucket of ice and Bintang's replaced regularly and then stay for the sunset and dinner - always been great. Last time took friends and they loved it also.
I guess we are talking about the same place - last one in the set of about 6 or so warungs in the middle of the beach, just near Keraton Jimbaran Resort.
Will be going again in a couple of weeks so hope all is well.
Maybe you just got an off day - place was recommended to us by people living in Bali. Cheers, Karen
