Questions: Kuta Town Houses.

Has anyone every had a bad room at KTH?
Do the rooms look as good as there website or are they getting tired?
Whats the atmosphere like there? Whats the food like?

Thinking of staying there next Sept, brother and family there now and are dissapointed with there appartment & A/C not working properly.
