I got married in Bali 10 years ago this September and heading back to celebrate...as we do quite often. We got married at the Intercontinental in Jimbaran and it was fantastic. A travel agent actually organised the ceremony (cost $150.00) for her to do it and I organised the rest with the intercontinental, I only had 12 guests from Australia but everyone still says it was the best wedding they have ever been too - lobsters, seafood, etc. I am quite sure you can organise it directly with the Intercontinental, send them an email. The ceremony was in their gardens which backs onto the beach, great for photos and sunsets. They decorated the area with balinese flowers, etc, special table, chairs, etc and organised a photographer. We had our reception in one of their restaurants (Singaraja)and it was quite resonable, could pick the menu, drinks, even let us use duty free and paid a corkage, very easy to deal with and for a 5* very affordable. As i said earlier we go back every couple of years and they always treat us wonderfully and have an anniversary cake, etc. Going back next week for 20 days and spending 10 in villa and ending with our anniversary their for 10 days, can't wait. Good luck - you won't be dissapointed if you go through them. Even maybe ceremony with them and reception elsewhere if it ends up being too expensive for 60+ guests, but you could be surprised...
