if you get one from your gp as to why he cant fly you will get a full refund, as for yours just put it on hold till you worked out a new date, but i wouldnt make a insurance claim, cause if you cancel the policy you will get a full refund on this, why use it to make a claim when if you work it out doing it this way you will get all your muni bak barring your flight of course. I just had to do for my sister who is now aving a hip operation 5weeks before we depart, and I did it this way. just my opinion of course.
