I returned from Singapore on Friday evening. I had already been told by an Immigration Officer that the full-page VOA sticker was no longer being used and am happy to say that here in Jakarta (so expect in Bali too) the VOA system has changed. You now pay your US$25.00 and receive the duplicate receipt (no change to this).

Instead of having to stop at a second counter to have the sticker placed in your Passport, you now proceed directly (with the full receipt) to Immigration clearance where the officer takes one half of the Receipt and places a single rubber stamp imprint in your Passport.

This not only saves much time but is great for frequent travellers whose Passports were quickly filled by the full-page sticker on each visit.
