is that you are handing over your passport to someone who disappears for 10 minutes (well he doesnt really disappear, he heads for one of the immigration desks and hands over the passports for stamping). What happens if you are the unlucky person who has just handed over your passport on the day that the authorities decide to crack down on the V I P process?
