I think it will be better if you organize a driver, most drivers have various tours,you could ask him to drive you to the best and cheaper places for the Masks/kites,also he has a deal price with Bali Adventure such as Taro safari park etc, he also will help you choose trips and outings based on what you want to do.We used Agung as our driver, he a nice man. He is also much cheaper than any tour operator from the Hotels.Its been a week since we left Bali back to Singapore and we really miss it very much. It's been a great pleasure for us.
