masks kites

Off Wed for first trip in 18 years. HUbby is feeling very nervous and protective having not been before.
Son has just some home from school saying the art teacher would love him to buy a mask for her which she will pay him back for. We really aren't great/big shoppers and will be staying in sanur. Any suggestions on where to go without paying too much for masks and kites?
Are reasobale masks everywhere?
We will be going to ubud and the taro elephant park one day during our trip if this helps.

Is it worth while to go to the Sukawati markets ( is there anything else worth looking at while in that area?) or is there somewhere else we should try?
