We had the family rooms and had booked the extra day in one room... so shifted the kids over into our room that morning and let the staff know so they could clean....had a lovely day packed up and went out for tea got back about 7.00pm (to pack some more!) and there were all these people standing around our room...(even though it was still our room till the next day!!)And this Big Family were glaring at us the whole time waiting till we left for the airport!!! And no staff came and said anything I was not impressed at all!!
I hope they have gotten some better towels too you needed two of them to dry yourself!! This was a couple of years ago........ Deb
