if you like hiking up volcanoes you have Gunung Agung, the highest in Bali, best to have a guide to lead you, Gunung Batur (easy, there is a guide organisation in the local town), and non touristy Batukaru (moderate climb, but also need a guide).

If you have a look at some guide books such as the Rough Guide to Bali and Lombok, that also gives you details/maps about various hikes/treks you can do, some by yourself for example around Ubud and other details about how to get onto guide organisations for the mountain climbing/more rural treks.

Not sure on any hiking clubs in Bali, maybe have to do a google search.

In Sanur you have a 5 kilometre esplanade walk along a paved pathway.

Hope this helps.
